I provide concierge services to clients and families who are facing mental health and wellness challenges.  These services include psychotherapy, family consultation and life coaching. I strive to provide the type of individualized service you cannot find elsewhere.

It can be a challenge to navigate our current mental healthcare system, in which care is dictated by insurance companies.  There are so many questions!  How do I find the best match for me?  Will I be working with the highest quality professional?   Can I be assured of privacy and discretion?  Will they take a holistic and individualized view and do whatever it takes to help us get back on a path towards growth and wellness?

I put clients and families first and believe that there is no “one size fits all” treatment planning.  I will take the time necessary to fully understand the current clinical picture, and then put together a comprehensive plan for treatment that will provide lasting results.  Sometimes, clients and families need to meet more than once per week contact.  Sometimes, daily texts and phone calls are necessary.  Flexibility as to where, when and at what frequency services are delivered is often needed.  Families and support systems must not be left behind during treatment. Professionals of varying disciplines must always communicate effectively and often to ensure seamless care.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor with 30 years of experience helping clients and their support systems.  I have been trained in many different approaches to counseling and will call on whatever evidence- based skills will be most effective for each individual. When choosing an approach, I tend to gravitate to my Cognitive-Behavioral roots.  Other modalities that resonate and have often proven useful are Trauma-Informed, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment and Harm-Reduction Therapies.  I am trained in and sensitive to how variations in culture, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, etc., impact therapy.  All treatment should consider all aspects of a person (holistic) as well as the support around them.

My holistic approach means I view each client as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit—working together to create lasting change.
